New Waters is a wonderful place. I have never been to detox before but others said it was the nicest place they have ever been. Many of the patients said that Holly Hill was awful – so I am very grateful I found New Waters. It is very comfortable, clean, the employees are wonderful, and food was amazing. I really enjoyed my entire stay.

Compassionate and understanding administration focused on providing top level care. Continual support after New Waters by providing not only connections to next step facilities and physicians but assisting with scheduling. Administration continued to check not only on patient but family.

The staff and faculty at New Water recovery is literally the only reason I’m alive today. Through the worse time in my life they treated me with nothing but respect and love. It brought me to tears several times throughout my stay at the compassion. I will be forever grateful for this place.

I had such a great experience at New Water Recovery! If I could give them ten stars, I would. The staff are super caring and compassionate. Coming off of fentanyl was tough, but they made me as comfortable as possible. These guys are the real deal! A++++!
