Erin Cole, MSW, LCSWA, LCASA

Erin comes to New Waters as a two-time NC State Alumna earning a bachelor's and master’s degree in social work. Throughout her BSW program Erin worked in the community supporting children and families experiencing homelessness. In her MSW program Erin gained experience in an inpatient behavioral health hospital, where she found her passion for supporting those in need. Currently, she holds associate licensure in the state of North Carolina as a Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Addiction Specialist

As a clinical therapist, Erin utilizes the understanding that recovery is a journey rather than a destination to guide her work with clients. She strives to support individuals to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to understand the complexities of addiction, and gain insight into their recovery needs.
